WAXED CANVAS
- Waxed canvas is sensitive to heat
- To clean, simply shake or brush off dirt substance from the surface
- For small spots, use cold water & mild soap, gently massaging in the liquid with a sponge or brush
- Use cold water to rinse & then let air dry
- Never use hot water, put in the washing machine, or use detergent, solvent, or starch
- Do not dry clean
FACE MASKS
- Place in a laundry bag or pillowcase
- Machine wash in warm water
- Hang dry only

- Please allow 7-10 business days for production unless otherwise listed
- All orders are shipped using USPS carrier
- Current domestic delivery time is 4-7 business days
- International delivery time is 1-2 weeks
- If you need expedited production &/or delivery, please contact sarah[at]choosemade[dot]com with the exact date of expected arrival. Additional charges will range $5-$20
- MADE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You can call your local USPS office for further information. Customers are responsible for replacement orders.

RETURN POLICY
- Due to its nature, Face Masks are non-refundable once it's been shipped. If there is a defect in your product, please send a photo of the defect to sarah[at]choosemade[dot]com. At that point, it will be determined if a replacement is necessary. - You can cancel & receive a full refund on any order as long as you send a request to sarah[at]choosemade[dot]com within 48 hours of your purchase & if the item has not already been shipped.
- You can exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways to receive the new product.
